How to Increase your Strength and Athleticism
Many people oftern find themselves wanting to increase some regards of their athletic performance. It appears very difficult and confusing when it really isn't.
To increase your Athletic performance I recommend plyometrics and strength based exercises. Not body building based strength training (hypertrophy). In moderation hypertrophy can, and will be beneficial. However, many days a week of strict bicep curls is not going to help you jump higher or run faster.
Plyometric excersices include,
Bounds
Front Box Jump
Lateral Box Jumps
Skater Jumps
Scissor Jumps
Lateral Box Shuffles
When doing these activities in conjunction with compound weights exercises such as, squats, bench press, and core exercises your athletic potential and abilities will sky rocket and will prove to be a huge problem for you opposition.
